How to Drink
Because Fast-Tract is an active source of lactobacillus bacteria, in a
self-carbonating liquid form, we recommend refrigeration of the
product after opening. Gently shake the bottle and untwist the cap
slowly to release any gas. There may be a little sediment in the
bottom of the bottle, which is a nutrient for the bacteria. Dilute
with water, freshly squeezed juices, add to recipes, use in smoothies
and salad dressing, or drink neat.
Fast-Tract is recommended as part of every startup program. Then
every 3 months a clean out regime using Fast-Tract along with 3
teaspoons a day of In-Liven over a 10 to 14 day period is recommended.
