What does membership include?

How much do I have to
purchase?
To remain active for bonuses, you must place a minimum order of
50 points (apprx. $75 USD) per month. You may decide which products
to purchase. You may also place customer orders under your name to
meet this obligation.

Keep in mind that when you run a business there are many other
expenses such as phone, internet, marketing, mileage, etc. It is a
good rule of thumb to be able to comfortably budget $150 a month for
your business.

What type of
experience is required?
The beauty of network marketing is that you really don't have to
have any type of formal training or experience. In fact, a quote
that I love, is that "Network Marketing is an education that you get
paid for."
But
you should be a people person, because 99% of this job is working
with others. You should be comfortable with selling. I am not saying
you need to be a great salesperson, but you must be comfortable with
the idea of sales.
It is
also extremely helpful to have a supportive significant other in
your life. Be sure to include them in your decision to join any
venture and solicit their support in backing you.

What type of
training is offered?
There is a SIGNIFICANT portion of training materials that will be
available to you when you join. And remember, even though you are in
in business for yourself, that doesn't mean you are in business
alone! There is an incredibly dynamic team of individuals that you
may always count on to assist you.
Your Sponsor
First and foremost is your sponsor. He or she is there to help
you navigate around the training, offer coaching, goal setting
and much more!
Your Upline & Team
From your sponsor and up and alongside you is an
extraordinary team of likeminded individuals who want to help
you succeed. With Team training calls, brainstorming sessions
and more - you will have a great deal of experienced support
within your own team!
Conference Calls
ONE Group hosts a plethora of live conference calls each month
that all members may attend for training and support.
Back Office
Your back office system will have E-Books on generalized sales
training, product specific training, and general business.
There are videos, audios and many documents to help you learn
all there is to know about the exciting business!
Local Team Meetings
Some sponsors and teams host local meetings. If you don't
have them, you are welcome to start them up in your region as
you build and grow your own team!
Training Seminars
Our founders and executives with the company travel around
to cities and states where reps request specialized training!
We also have company conferences twice a year. One in
Australia and one in the USA.

Are there sales quotas?
No, there are not any quotas
that are set for you as an independent business owner. You build at
your own pace and style!
Are there assigned
territories?
No, not really. The world is our oyster! There are some
countries that we do not have a presence in, but all countries that
we service are open to all representatives regardless of their
location!

How can I build my business?
There are many way within ONE Group
to develop a business. This is a very unique Multi-Channel
Opportunity. You may choose one platform or several, depending on
your style and life commitments.
Word of Mouth
In this day and age of fast
paced living, word of mouth continues to be one of the most
effective marketing techniques around.
In our personal lives, if we
like something, we will talk positively about it to others;
for example, a favourite restaurant or terrific movie.
Similarly, in developing a part-time business with miessence®,
positive word of mouth generates referrals, and referrals
generate business.
What could be better than one of
your customers mentioning how pleased they were with
miessence® to others?
Cost: Free advertising.

Newspaper Strategy
To further aid the
promotional efforts of our Representatives, we have developed
the "Organic and Natural Living" newspaper as a valuable tool
for educating people about organics, as well as introducing
them to the entire ONE Group product range.
This strategy involves placing 100
newspapers per month in well-targeted outlets and venues that
would then be picked up and read by people passing by. Because
there is a space for your contact details on the back, they
can then contact you for more information, meaning that that
all your leads are automatically pre-qualified.
Cost: $420 per year or approx. $45 per month
Public Talks/Groups
These might be held in
conjunction with, or supported by, your sponsor as you learn
the business and then later with those you have sponsored.
Public talks have shown consistent returns for those who
organise them. In fact, historically, 20% of people who attend
these talks have become Representatives and it is not unusual
that a further 30% become Preferred Customers.
Cost: Can include Venue Hire, Equipment hire,
advertising and maybe basic refreshments on the night.
Advertising
Advertising mediums could range from your local newspaper and
letterbox leaflets, right through to glossy magazines and
professional direct mail campaigns. Where and how you choose
to advertise will depend on your budget and your target
audience.
Cost: Depends on when, where and how frequently you
wish to advertise, which can easily range from $50 to $5000
per campaign

EXPOS/Stalls/Retailers
ONE Group also has a strategy for their Representatives to
promote the miessence® products in stalls at markets and
expo's and also in Retail outlets. There is a process for
assigning retail outlets before they are approached (Please
note: conditions apply in regard to Retail so please speak to
your Sponsor for more details).
Representatives are free
approach Markets and Expos however please be courteous and
respectful when other ONE Group Independent Representatives
are already attending the event. Exclusivity at an event will
need to be arranged with the Market or Expo organizer.
Cost: Sample products and testers to use, as well as
travel costs. Stalls and expos may have costs for hiring
space.
Internet
If you are serious
about including an internet strategy as part of your
miessence® business, we are now offering the opportunity for
Representatives to subscribe to their own customized version
of the ONE Group website. This website strategy works very
well in conjunction with other strategies; like the newspaper
strategy and word of mouth.
Cost: Included in Representative Registration and
Annual Renewal Fee
Home Parties/Presentations
A MiSpa Party involves demonstrating the products in your home
or someone else's home. The Representative receives bonuses
for the sale of the products to guests.
The person who invites the
Representative into their home can earn a Host Gift depending
on sales at the party and is also treated to a free pampering
session from the Representative organizing the MiSpa Party.
The MiSpa Party Strategy has its
success because guests get to try the luxurious products
before buying, and the host/hostess is also rewarded for it
too! Cost: Usually minimal and can include transport, product
samples, MiSpa stationery, possible cost for a Host Gift*
Conditions apply (Speak to your Sponsor for more information
about this strategy)

ONE Group is expanding rapidly and we are delighted to support

use of miessence® certified organics to clients, customers
and/or beyond. We offer both traditional direct selling
approaches as well more sophisticated and yet simple-to-use

Are there Sales Tools
available?
Yes. You can purchase, very
affordably, beautiful brochures, DVD's, CD's, newspapers, catalogs
and books to use in marketing your ONE Group business and these are
also available FREE for you to download from your own PC.
For business cards speak with your Sponsor and he/she will have some
great tools to help you get these for minimal cost (or free!)
How much money can I make?
It isn't so cut
and dry that we can throw a number out there for you to use. Some
reps make modest incomes, while some reps make extremely significant
incomes. You will be the determining factor in your income. Your
efforts = your salary.
How much CAN you make? Well - how much do you WANT to make?? :-)

Is it hard to do?
I will not lie and say this is easy money. There is really no
such thing. If it were an easy business, everyone would be doing it.
Let me just say this... I have been bored at every job I have ever
held. My maximum time with any corporation was 2 years because I
would no longer be challenged. I would get bored and move on.
I have been with ONE Group for 3 years now - and see no chance of
moving away anytime in the distant future. So no, it is not easy.
But for me, that makes it exciting!

How many hours do I have
to work?
Well, you're the boss... how many hours do you want to work?
In this business some say 2 hours a day, some say 10 hours a week.
There is really no formula to this. But you must personally commit
to working at least every week in a productive fashion. Shuffling
papers around on your desk won't make you money. Making flyers won't
make you money -but putting them up for people to read will.
It is really about working productive hours that fit into your
lifestyle.

Absolutely. No question about it.
